An evaluation on endothelial function is in process at Mayo Clinic by the cardiovascular Disease Department , Rochester-MN; USA that accepted, by means of Dr. Amir Lerman to perform the study thanking to the important achievement above mentioned  of Prof. Aviram’s study.

We have as contributors also the Professors Vincieri, Mulinacci and Romani of Florence University-Pharmaceutical Science Department who know deeply the olive oil and the green tea  enriched oil topics due to their experience in such matter.
Results are waited for 2008.
